MEDICATION REFILL POLICY:
We require a faxed communication (416-488-3969) from your pharmacy in order to provide a refill prescription. This is a service that is not covered by OHIP, and is covered by your annual fee.
We can only provide a refill prescription if we have seen the patient recently regarding the problem for which the medication has been prescribed. Our staff will inform you if an appointment is required for a refill.
